Any idea what connector this is that’s unplugged, it’s on the right side of the throttle body. I’ve been looking for a service manual but you have to pay for them of course. No clue how it happened

No idea since we have no idea what year/model your Cayenne is. And I'd suggest buying a subscription to AllDataDIY - it's around $20 for a year - and will prove worth many times that cost. Manuals have been found out on eBay for a minimal expense. Not legal ones though - there are no legal ones.

$20 isn’t bad for a year. I kept coming across spammy sites and dint trust them. It’s an 08 turbo

Item 9 in the diagram seems to be the one but not sure about its function.
