Default Chassis System Faulty Error

I bought a 2008 Cayenne S with 108km (67k miles) on the clock. I got the Chassis System Faulty error and brought it to a specialist - who immediately noticed the front was low. Air suspension had a leak so I got both front ones replaced with reconditioned units. However since then I have had the same error warning flash up twice over the last few weeks. He said this may happen.

Is this typical and is it bad or not? Any idea what it might be or what I should check?
Thanks

Your compressor probably needs a head rebuild. Pretty common. If the compressor runs for longer than expected without the height sensors reaching the proper setting, you'll get this error. Thee are rebuild kits available without having to replace the whole compressor.
