Anyone running 20" x 10.5" wheels?
I performed a search to see who's running 20x10.5 and was unsuccessful. Seems like most folks are running 22x10.5. Is there anyone on here running 20x10.5? Would like to here your feedback on performance and appearance please?
Thanks

Wider wheel = wider tire and contact patch
wider tire/wheel:
-looks better
-worse gas mileage
-more expensive
-more traction in dry
-easier to hydroplane in wet
Be sure to look up the weight of the new wheel you plan to run. Add up the delta between the old and new wheel/tire packages, then multiple by 4. That will give you the effective additional weight you are tacking on to your car for braking and acceleration considerations.
I am on my second set of 20 inch rims and 3rd tire size on the CTT. My favorite combination so far is a 275/45 R20 on the factory 20x9 inch turbo wheels. Upsizing the diameter makes a much better aesthetic difference to me than adding width. If you want to give your car a wider stance, just get some spacers.

Thanks for the feedback nodoors! Was your first set a 10” wide wheel? I ordered Niche wheels 20x10.50 with 50mm offset and 71.70 hub bore. Each wheel weighs 37lbs with a 2000 load capacity. The distributor and manufacturer guarantee a perfect fit. I have yet to see others with 20x10.5 wheels which is why I asked the question. Thanks again.

Are the bolt seats in the Niche wheels the same ball / radius seat that the OEM Porsche wheels use? Sometimes the tuner or aftermarket wheels use a conical or tapered seat. The seat on the lug bolt has to match up to the seat in the wheel - you can't mix and match. If it turns out that they are conical seat, I have a brand new set of Cayenne length World Motorsports Titanium lug bolts for sale in the marketplace.
Here's a picture of the difference between the 2 seats and the bolts I have for sale. Make sure you post pics once you get the new wheels installed.

Thank you Petza914 for the feedback! You always have great insight! Yes the bolt seats are ball as oppose to conical or tapered. I will definitely post pictures next week!
Thanks again!
