I have to question those figures.
Any way of knowing what % of Porsches were Cayennes? Or what % of C owners received and returned the survey?
And how soon into ownership are these surveys filled?
Edit: I just re-read the graph, how is "dependability" defined here, just major items (drivetrain, etc)?

You can check out JD Power's terms & definitions at their website. The survey is primarily by mail (phone followups are used, but are not the primary data source) for purchasers of all cars & light duty trucks during part of the 1st quarter of every calendar year. The breakout by model is usually made available to the public. This means that it is highly unlikely that many, if any, Cayennes were part of the survey data.
