Many have ... although mines not satellite, I've got a Sony XAV-W651BT with additional nav module. Not compatible with buttons on steering wheel, but works well otherwise.

Thx for the reply. I know I can swap for after market but I was wondering if a newer OEM radio would work so i could retain all steering wheel functions, etc

Max you can go is PCM3.0 from 2009-2010 Cayenne, but it is a massive pain in the rear to do and I don't recall if anybody has done it - just hearsay. The plugs are different, so you'd need to re-pin them at the very least. Each unit is coded to the vehicle so a visit to the dealer is required to put in your car's vin and make it work. If you have Bose, rumor has it you need to replace the amplifier as well as it's different in the newer one - plugs are possibly different, too, but don't quote me here. At the end, you still end up with an outdated unit, just a little less so.

If you don't have Nav currently (just the basic XDR23 radio), then you'll need even more stuff to put in for wiring and whatnot. Couple of threads on the matter around, I believe this is practically impossible.

Aftermarket is your best and cheapest bet, even if you spend the extra couple hundred $ to get all the right adapters. Good luck.
