Question Will these 18s from a Q7 fit my 08 CTT?

I am in the process of shopping for some winter wheels.
I came across these Q7 wheels and wanted to know if these 18s would clear the brakes on my 2008 Cayenne Turbo.

Anyone know if these would fit?

All of the 2014 and older Q7s were a 5x130 bolt pattern. I am more concerned with with wheel having enough space to fit the larger breaks on the Cayenne Turbo.

I have 19" Oz Cortina from TireRack (bought them from a Q7 owner that did the diesel buyback). The fit my '04 CTT fine. The seller was actually concerned they wouldn't fit over the larger Cayenne Turbo brakes, so she made me try one wheel on the front of my car.
