Max AC not kicking on

Max AC not kicking on
My Max A/C does not seem to be engaging properly. Regular A/C works fine but when I click on Max Air, the air flow does not change and temp reading reads LOW. Usually when you turn on max the air flow is strong and loud! Any ideas? Again, regular air is cold and not issues, just can't get the max to engage. Thanks.

Thank you. I will have all those checked. Does not sound like something a novice like me can do. I just wanted to make sure it was not something I had done wrong on it. I just tried the defrost as well. Same thing. We all know that when defrost is on high, you can't hear anything it is blowing so hard. Thanks everyone!
