Default Speaking of Vacuum line broken connectors

So, anyone have a good idea on how to get this line separated from the Back side of intake manifold.
Last one I did like this was the bottom of the intact plenum and had to break the red parts out.

Leave it connected on the back of the intake and remove it where it connects to the rubber line that goes into the firewall. Much easier to leave it on and remove it with the intake manifold.

Good idea. I didnt even see a connection at firewall.Sounds like you have been there. I will look.

You need to press the red clip up against the body of the line and hold it up while you pull the line off

Most likely. Get your lube out, haha.

It is similar to removing a sharkbite plumbing coupling or a compression fitting:
