You may also have 2 fuel pumps. With the tank 3/4 full you can pull the fuse for 1 pump and see how the car starts and runs, then put that fuse back in and pull the fuse for the other pump and test again. If you have 2 pumps and one us bad or going bad, that should isolate it.
So, my left fuel pump is not working.
If I remove one fuse the car still run, if I remove the other one the car stops.
So I need to find out if it is the relay or the actual pump.

So, the problem is the pump, not the relay...
Now it is time to hunt for a new pump and filter, I think this will solve the starting problem, but the weird noise problem is what I'm more worried.

Ok so here is where I'm at:
If I pull out fuse 13 and the car starts and run
If I pull out fuse 14 and the car starts and die after some seconds
If I remove Relay 1/6 (left pump) the cars starts and run
If I remove Relay 19 (right pump) the car starts and run
what could be? maybe the pump isn't dead but not working as it should?

I thought about ordering that part: http://amzn.eu/39cmfdH
But if you read the guys reply, you will see that he changed this and it didn't fix the issue.

No and my tensioner was in perfect condition, the noise was still there.
Porsche mechanic said is a normal noise.
it only happens when the engine is cold, it stops after the car runs for a few minutes.
And my fuel pumps were working, I had a problem with a pinhole in one of the fuel lines inside the fuel tank, but the noise was still there even after the line was replaced.
I had the car for 2 years, sold it last year and never had a problem, only the noise.
