Hello Everyone!

This is my first post here, I would like to know how many Gemballa GT750 Cayennes were made with a Manual transmission?

I think you've got a real unicorn right there, a loooot of people would love a 955 turbo with a manual, let alone a gt700 gemballa.

There was a Gemballa on my local Craigslist earlier this year (Indianapolis, I believe). It was a cool looking orange color with a stunning looking semi custom interior, but the close up pictures showed a vehicle that appeared beat to hell.

What exactly is the story on these? Were the turbos an added aftermarket item? If not, did Porsche offer a manual outside of the V6 or GTS in other countries? I also thought any Turbo model would come standard with items such PCM, heated seats, etc. The interior photo above looks like it is straight out of a base V6 model.

Yes, there were regular V8s with manual available in Europe since 955. No manual TTs though.

Uwe built cars to order. Most probably this started as a standard almost naked V8 with a manual and gemballa put a V8 TT engine in it for whomever wanted a manual TT.

Would be interesting to see some more pics and also engine bay pics.

V8TT manual is my dream. Surprised someone would go through that build expense/effort and not use a better optioned car with leather dash, seat warmers, etc.

@Kazi, are you willing to take some better pictures of underneath the car?

A true GT 700/750 was close to 500K euros new. I hate to say it but the whole package doesn't make sense and I doubt this is a true example.

How do we know? Perhaps it is, perhaps it isn't. World is full of stranger happenings.

There is no way somebody paid 500k and ended up with the V6 interior. That interior shot does not go with the exterior shot, plain and simple.

True, and we don't. Should be some provenance on this but I doubt the OP will come back and provide that.

I collected the pictures from an old forum that no longer exists. Can't find anymore pictures of this but it's been like this since it was imported back in '05. Owner doesn't use this anymore. His other cars include a 2014 GTR, 2012 SL65 Brabus 800, Tesla Model X, a tony rigoli build GC8 WRX and a few more cars. Keep in mind the taxes in my country exceed 500% so each of these cars after being converted back to USD are way over the price you guys pay for the same car in your respective countries.
Anyone know how many of these Manual Gemballas there are in the world?
