looks they used plastic foils cuz ground is white:

the second link dont work anymore - on this pics you could see thats a white car cuz it have the doors open. the use foils and when they sold the car in future they delete them and have white car to sell without this firedepartment stuff. the same here with police cars and cabs.

I think he means that the car is a white cayenne with a red vinyl applique for temporary service as a emergency vehicle. Take off the tape, resell it.

Ahh...I see what you're saying. The first link it looks all red, but in that last link, the Cayenne was definitely white at some point.
