Exclamation Boxster 1997 car horn problem steering wheel

Hi Guys,
My car horn sounds involuntarily whenever i move the steering wheel. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions?

The retaining frame that holds the airbag in the wheel is bad.

I watched a YouTube video where a guy pulled apart the steering wheel and replace four rubber grommets at the corner of the frame, which solved the problem.

Here:

Mine had the same problem when I bought it. In order to get it through inspection, my indy suggested replacing the frame, rather than the grommets. Since the frame was only about $80 or so and I wanted the sticker, I had him go ahead. If it had been in my hands at the time, I'd have fixed the grommets.
