Need a Porsche independent garage in Milwaukee area

O'Reilly Motor Cars, Inc is recommend by local PCA members. I've used them for several repairs and have been pleased with the service and the pricing. Ask for Dan or Alex ((414) 939-7641, 324 W. Cherry Street
Milwaukee.
Mraz Import Automotive in Brookfield is another recommended by the PCA, but I don't have any personal experience with them.

Stay away from O'Reilly. They are easily the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Overcharging and absolutely incompetent when it comes to classic Porsches. I don't know if they had mechanic turnover or what not but I wouldn't let them work on my car for free anymore. What's worse is that my Porsche-owning father told me about his numerous problems with them and I ignored him due to some of the recommendations I had read on this website and had the worst experience with a mechanic I've ever had.
I've had really good experiences with Concours Motors. In the Milwaukee area they seem to be the only honest and competent techs I've been able to find. The drawback is their $140/hr labor rate.
If you want a ****-hot mechanic for cheaper I would check out Cudahy Auto Care; the owner Chris is a European guy who really knows his stuff. He's done wonders on my dads car and his price was $800 after O'Reilly wanted $2800. The only issue is his shop is in Cudahy and he doesn't have indoor storage so you'll probably want to drop off your car once he's ready to work and be ready to immediately pick it up once he's done working on it.
