Thanks for your excellent response. Called the Porsche shop today and they told me they will take another look at it tomorrow.

Pretty pissed that they told me it had a bad starter and starter relay when that was a complete lie. Almost considered buying it from them as well.

Will discuss the RFID issue with the technician tomorrow.

Took it to Porsche dealer again. This time the DME in the rear trunk needed to be programmed. Car is running fine now!
