Default I found it - 01 986 S (pics inside)

Hi,

I just found it and it's home right now! It is a clean 01 986 S with 55k miles. I bought it at a dealer (which was not my original wish but I do not regret it, it was detailled and inspected). I got it for $16k which seems fair and, most of all, is a reasonable amount of money for such a great car

Here are some pictures, I will probably have a bunch of questions, be warned

Thanks!

Damn, you stole that car. I can't believe you can buy a Boxster S for that kind of money now.

Looks beautiful in black also.

Good job. Well bought!

Congrats.

Isn't that an attractive low price? I'm tempted to sell my 02 Boxster and shop and find a nice low miles 2002/2003 S.

I had a guy offer to sell me his 2000 S with IIRC around 25K miles on the car. Red which is a good color.

Not sure if the car a Tip or manual but I don't know if I'd care. Mainly my Boxster gets used for commuting so a Tip might be a nice change.

Sincerely,

Macster.

Buy the durametric cable right away. It will save you money.

Great buy BTW. I did an autotrader search and your car would be the cheapest for the miles by far.
Looks like you got a great deal.

Nice car and nice price...hard to believe 986 and 996 values are as low as they are. Now you can buy some H&Rs with the money you saved and rid yourself of the 4X4 look...first mod I had done when I bought my '02 S.

Enjoy the ride!

That's interesting Jmatta! Do you have any before/after pics with that setup?

Thanks,
