We are a big state you know so a location in NC would be helpful

I know plenty of spots in the RDU and CLT area.

Fuquay Varina on NC42 between Sanford and Clayton?

Are you asking for someone to go over and look at the car or are you asking for a reference to a Porsche mechanic to whom the car could be delivered and to whom you'd pay for the inspection?

I believe it is in Fuquay Varina as you described above. I would love if someone could check out the car in person first to let me know how it looked and whether I could move on to the next step of a PPI. So if someone could check it out in person that would be great, and then we could go from there. PM me or email me at mile2424@aol.com

Thanks so much!

If I was anywhere near there while out and about I'd be happy to but FV is about 25-30 south of me and I don't see any reason I would be down there. If there is somebody in Holly Springs that would be your closest help. Post over in the 996 forum and some of the others as I am sure there are guys down there.

As far as a PPI, you'll probably need to get somebody to either go down there from the Raleigh area or see if it can be taken to a shop of your choosing. There is a Porsche dealer in Cary that is only 15 miles away from this car.

I have sat in this car. It has a new roof, some broken trim (door pocket and visor), some wierd speaker set-up in the rear (looked easy to remove), both front and rear trunk rleases were in operatable the day I visited, also carpets looked to have been cleaned but were still damp. The front bumper was cracked. BUT for the most part it looked OK considering the milage. I have photo's too.
