$22K is a high retail price. $17-18.5K would be a better avg-high retail price. Good options and the hardtop is a plus - add $1-1.2K for it. Yellow is a rare and neat color however not for most people. 3% of Porsche are yellow. I recently sold a yellow, loaded Boxster S and got exactly one call from the ads. It did sell to that one buyer, however. So you may be the only one looking at it and certainly at that price.

Just noticed the sound system in the dash. While it may sound great, that alteration devalues the car further. Stock condition has the most value to most people.

Looks great to me.
FYI: if you want, you can pull out (literally) the CD trays and replace with a "cubby" that takes up the same space. I find it very handy for my cell phone and other small stuff. There are no screws holding either so it's pretty easy to do and is reversible if you ever change your mind.
I got my cubby from Sunset Porsche (800 346-0182) and I believe it was about $25. It is an actual Porsche part.
Looks like someone took really nice care of this one. Best of luck!

Looks like a nice car. Perhaps a touch high on the price but if it has the options you want, then should be a decent deal. Overall looks like a well-kept 986S.
