It is the same bumper so it should fit w/o a problem.
The rear bumper covers changed for the 2003 models and had lower "splitters" on the bottom as well as a more pronounced horizontal character line and a different shape rear wing.
The cut outs for the splitter require some modification to the exhaust heat shield as well as the newer wing if you install a 03-04 bumper on a 02 or older car.
