I've met Larry Lujack (used to be in the car business) and I'm sure he wouldn't approve of someone at one of his stores acting like this. Not to say he was a nice guy (he wasn't) but he was always acutely conscious of his dealership group's image. Check out their website and see if there's a corporate email address.
