Hello guys,

After my purchas of my 986s I had it aligned and the oil changed. The tech pointed out that the underbody plastic shield was cracked and missed a 1 suqare foot piece near the rear wheel.

I will be DE'ing for the first time, and I probably need to have this replaced first. Where would I buy this part (besides the dealer) and how much should it cost me?

Also, I need to get a Snell SA200 helmet. What is a good source (especially if they ship to Canada), and what should I expect for a basic helmet?

Last question.... Schnell short shifters and intakes.... anyone here have any personal experience?

I would try Suncoast. They will probably give you the best price on the shield and they have Bell SA2000 helmets on sale right now.
