Default Pricing Help on Potential "S"

Can someone help me out with pricing on a Boxster I'm going to check out at a local Porsche dealer? It's a 2001 Boxster S, manual, 36K miles, Certified Preowned at $32K. I can get it as a non-CPO and they'll take $1500 off, but I'm leaning strongly towards getting the CPO, which adds 2 years of warranty. It doesn't have PSM, which is disappointing but I can live without it.

It seems like the price is in the ballpark but I was hoping to get some second opinions. Thanks in advance.

Don't know about the price (paid $42k 2 years ago for a loaded 2000 S with 14k miles) but I would definitely get the warranty.

I know it's spring so the prices are rising back to normal, but I bought my 02 S in November with 8900 miles for $32k CPO'd too

I'd try to work the guy a little, but you are getting toward the worst time of year to buy a convertible
