I am thinking of buying some clear tail lights and headlights and marker lights for my '99 Boxster. Either litronics or those with the internal orange filter (which I will take out and put in an orange glowing turn light instead).
Question is, are such clear modifications a safety hazard when turning? i.e., can Porsches with clear headlights (assuming it has the turn bulb that lights orange, but not the orange filer), clear tail lights, and clear side market lights clearly show they are turning at an intersection?
I live in a very busy part of west los angeles and am worried that no one would notice the turn signals after I do all the clear modifications.
Any thoughts from people in the know would be very appreciated.

Oh I know the bulbs in clear lights light up amber/orange, but what I'm wondering is whether they are as visible as non-clear headlights and side markers, the ones with actual orange lenses.
