Question for you on beam pattern, etc. Did you take and “before n after” pix showing that? My 986 is a daily driver, and the factory lighting is rather beat, so that’s kinda important.

No, I didn’t take any photos of the beam pattern.

As I noted earlier, visibility with them is MUCH better than with the factory headlights.

Like a lot of xenon lights, they’re set up so that top part of the beam on the left headlight is a little lower than on the right headlight, so you don’t blind oncoming drivers.

Although you can install them yourself, I had mine professionally installed so that the beams are properly aimed.
