I hear wind whistling in my ear when I drive at speeds greater than 45 mph. The noise is coming from above and behind my ear, so along the top of the window where the glass meets the door seal.

The elastic that pulls the top in when it closes has failed. The top should be inside the frame grove, not outside. Until you repair close the top in multiple steps pushing the top in the grove before fulling closing. There are several Youtubes on repairing. I had to do my 09 twice because I didn't use enough replacement elastic. Staples and/or stitching is a PIA. If you remove the blind screw from the frame, mark the location on the frame so you can find the location to get it back in. A very common failure.
