Car won’t start
Car started right up in the morning, drove to work, seemed fine. End of day tried to start my car and it wouldn't start, it clicked, the lights flickered. Basically seemed like a dead battery. I replaced this battery a year ago so doubt that would be it. (Possible I guess) Jump started it, and drove it home, let it sit for 10 minutes, same issue wouldn’t start. After the no start the oil and battery light come one. Any idea what this could be? Once I got it started I drove a good 170 miles with no issue.

Have you checked the battery's voltage? It's possible that your alternator isn't working correctly, or the battery isn't holding a charge, despite being only a year old. Only testing will tell.

Update: I recharged the battery and did a draw test on each fuse. It showed draw on fuse C3 (central locking, alarm/windows) what is the normal draw for this? I did the test on a 200m volt test and it drew 3.2, all the other fuses were at 0. When the car is unlocked it draws 0 as well. Is this normal to to high of a draw when the car is locked?

I had my car about 4 days when all of a sudden every warning light came on and everything was malfunctioning however the car was running OK, I got home. I put it on a charger and and everything seemed to check out OK. Two days later the same thing. So, the Boxster will run on a lower battery voltage for a while with no alternator but the electronics can't handle it and that's your warning sign. I put a new alternator in and it was a pain in the ***. New battery too. The dealer I bought the car from was far away, and they were very decent reimbursing me for the parts and some extra money for my troubles.

These battery/charging issues are often asymptomatic of cars not driven regularly. If battery companies could come up with a market just for low-mileage/low-driven Porsches, they'd be rich. Either hook up a battery tender to the batteries, remove / disconnect the battery, or drive the car regularly.
As a buying guide/recommendation, prospective buyers should always inquire about the battery and be cognizant of how often the car was driven. Drive and enjoy your cars, folks!
