Anyone else have the mirror covers break off?

This is a really good idea, and would put my printer to good use, but I'd highly recommend ABS instead of PLA. PLA hates the sun and will warp in about 8 months, depending on how much your car sits in the sun. ABS is also printable but doesn't warp in the sun.

The cost is negligible, and ABS is only a bit harder to print.

Looks like a good idea. One minor point-You can buy just the mirror and avoid buying the entire sun visor. The mirror costs about $62. While that is less than the entire visor it is costly and makes printing your own an attractive option. The part number is 9867319010101C.
