Gas Tank nipples
OOOH I love nipples!
I have a question about the connectors on top of the fuel sender assembly for a 01 Boxster. THere are three nipples, two are brass and connect directly to the fuel pump, one is the fuel line, the other is a return line. They're both nice brass nipples (I once knew a girl with brass nipples!) The third one is plastic of the same plastic as the fuel sender body. Is this a vent? Is it valved? As usual, I think, my plastic nipple broke off, I drilled it and superglued an aluminum one in--I cut it off a fuel filter, so the line clips in solidly, I may have drilled a bit too deep, tho.
