used boxster (2001-2008) purchase advice
#16
Yes - this is the primary reason I would like an automatic. This car is likely to be both my "fun car" and my daily driver.
I found this listing for a 2009 Boxster S pdk:
https://www.pmautogroupsd.com/invent...oxster/730131/
Cons on this one: some damage (scrapes) on the left rear and not the color (blue) I exactly want.
Thoughts?

We have had a 2003 Boxster since new and it's been a terrific car. the only major repair was to the drivers window mechanism. It didn't retract as it should slightly when the door handle is pulled. I think it cost $900 at the dealer this year to replace the mechanism. It's hard to complain about this after 16+ trouble free years. No IMS problems.
So my only advice is to check the window operation.
