CV axle. Cheap or expensive?

I have a question for the brain trust.
I’m swapping my clutch and flywheel and was planning on replacing a torn inner cv boot at the same time. Now that I manipulate the cv joint I think it might be gone, so I’d like to just go ahead and swap the entire axle. I already have the support bracing out, so I can’t/shouldn’t(?) lower the car.
Does anyone know of a way to break the axle nut loose without wheels on the ground? What if I had someone pushing on the brake pedal?

Thank you both.
My cordless impact didn’t have enough juice to get it off, but a long breaker bar and pipe took care of it. Funny enough in the end all I wound up actually needing to hold it still was the e-brake.
