Dead Battery-how 2 Open Trunk?

Apparently my trickle charger - tirckled its last trickle- unbeknowst to me.
How do I open the trunk to get to the battery without power?

If you have a 2001 then you use the red jumper in the fuse box. On the back of the cover for the fuses are instructions, and they are also in the owners manual.
