Question Cup holders.

Just picked up a 98, which I'm enjoying the heck out off, although I'm already thinking I want to get an "S" soon. Any way, is there a cup holder arangement that seems to be preferred over the others?

About all I can tell you is the OEM for your year is the set that clips into the side vents. Jeff

I used an Ultimate cupholder in my 2000 Boxster and it was great. I recently bought a 2002 Boxster S with OEM cupholders, but I bought another from Ultimate cupholders because it was so much better.

Those are nice! I've heard the factory ones are quite flimsy. Those look great. Do you have any problems with legs rubbing them?

I use them on both Porsches and BMWs and they work well, and though if someone wants to move the seat far forward you might have to remove the cupholder I have no problems with them.
