Anyone used Corsas at an AX? I suspect I know the answer...they ain't no good, but tire racks having a sale and they'll real cheap at the moment. (need 'em for the 996)

Ron, how'd you like the R-compound S04s Sunday? Or were they S03s?

Hi NJ-GT!

Yea I use the Kumhos on my 996 and I do like them. Will undoubtedly just by another set of them.

Endless Mike!

The S04s are sticky no doubt, but both Sir Charles and I have corded them far too quickly. If you figure the cost per run its astronomical. 60 runs max (I think we had around 45) So in my sizes it cost roughly $20 per run! We ran the race compund last weekend, as the AXers are toast. I found the difference to be negible, but I have my doubts that the harder compunds will last much longer than the soft ones as Charley's running the race compund as well and his are gone. I thnk NJ-GT's right, it looks like 700s for the forseeable future.
