Default Help considering value on potential purchase

Would greatly appreciate thoughts on what I should be willing to pay? Target range, low to high? 2008 Turbo, 12,000 miles, slate gray, terracotta, standard seats, build was about $136,000. Needs rear tires, minor service, TPMS, and belt. Major service done last year with plugs, doesn't look like they did coils or wires, unless its worked into the line item for plugs on the invoice? Original owner with records from the past 7 years.

Going to be the weirdo and keep that to myself until it's finalized or I pass... I see you/M5 picked up something similar, mind sharing your purchase price?

I'd say low-to-mid $70s.

I would say 78k, but needs to have good tires, updated services and no major issues. I mean ready to enjoy for $78.

Greatly appreciate the input so far, welcome more thoughts. Car is a manual coupe.

also depends if it's from a dealer. Take for instance a 2007 20k turbo in great shape with no issues and nice mods ran about $75K 3 years ago from a PP, dealer would be more.

So now that we've determined a fair price for it, are you able to get a PPI on it and move forward with it if you agree to terms? Sounds SWEET! Such low miles... mine is 4 years newer with very low miles and mine has 15k miles, 3000 miles more than the 2008 you're looking to buy.

PPI checked out, DME is good, minor range 1 and 2 at half the miles/hours, years ago. Paint is even, no signs of repaint or body work, which checks out with cars history and owner. Owner is willing to take a reasonable offer, which is less than the range everyone has guestimated. But... right when I think I understand values/prices on 997 Turbos I see something like this: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/707847440/overview/

^ If you dont mind brown and non-sport seats, thats not a bad deal.. I like the two-tone interior color.
