Lowest priced manual coupe I've seen yet...

No affiliation. This is the first 997TT manual coupe that I've seen listed in the 50s. If no accident history or maintenance issues, this could be a great deal for someone. I think the mileage has obviously brought it down, but if properly maintained, there's no reason this car doesn't have 65k more miles in it. I wonder why it is selling slowly?
And this one is only slightly more:

I had the impression that these could not be had for under $60k, so that seems like a great deal. If the vehicle is solid mechanically and doesn't have a branded title, deals can definitely be had for people not afraid of a little mileage. My indy mechanic (and former Porsche race team pit boss who knows a thing or two) always says mileage is just a number. I believe him.

FWIW, I paid $65500 for mine in January w/ 49xxx miles. I felt that price was fair at the time, and I feel that for comparable 911's to mine (6sp manual, black interior, silver exterior, a few tasteful performance/visual mods) the price will remain around there.
There was a post I was following on Instagram the other day about a 997.1TT for $45k. I mentioned that was all but impossible unless it was a tiptronic with 100k miles and a salvage title, and it is apparently a 6sp manual though does have high miles (119k) after all. I just hope people don't start getting desperate with these and selling them for dirt cheap. That will surely drive the price down.

The Black one I'd be all over.
Just swap out the steering wheel, some of the interior bits and daily that thing all year long and not get worried about the depreciation hit.
