Right on. Yeah I definitely change the oil after two track days. I would change after 1 day except I usually go to the track two days at a time to get more out of it.

It depends on the track and the driver of course. But 2 sec is plausible. Even though Hoosier is technically a DOT approved street tire it really is not. Its lightweight so its a thin tire that can easily be punctured from the smallest nail and road debris from street driving.
