Default Question regarding boost loss shortly after installing Cobb stage 2.

Thinking the extra boost might have pushed something off?
I have fabspeed cold air intake and speedtech 3.0 X-Pipe running cobb stage 2 on 93 octane and just yesterday noticed boost levels building up to max and then dropping and coming back up just to drop again. It would seem I am losing pressure somewhere. I have checked the ends of the y-pipe and everything seems in order there (all seems tight); it is a 997.1 Turbo, does anyone have thoughts on what I should check next to see where my pressure loss is coming from or should I bite the bullet and buy a pressure test kit and go from there?
Thanks guys!

Have you checked the attachment of the hoses on the turbos? Are you logging data? I wonder if it's detonation a and the car is lowering the boost.
