Default Price is right???????? 997.2 Cab

New to the 997 board as I have been looking at 991.1 4S but an opportunity on a nice (at least I think so) 997.2 cab just came up and wanted to lean on the experts here to get their opinion:

2010 997.2T black on black

11K miles
PDK
Sport Chrono
Black Full leather
1.5 years left on CPO

Asking price is $91K. Is that overpriced or pretty fair in your opinion?

Thanks in advance for any insight you might have. Need to make a decision this week.

There is a 2009 cab for sale on here at $82. More desirable 6 speed (and last 'mezger' for whatever that's worth). Unless you want a pdk, which is apparently a great auto.

Asking is fair, offer at 89, see what happens. Great cars. 2010 w/ pdk should be close to bullet proof.

I have a 2013 tt with the PDK. Last of the 997.2's. All the problems were ironed out a long time ago in this model. I love it!

That's on the low side actually..especially with spring coming up and with such low mileage.

A local one with 31k miles sold for $92k not too long ago. You'd be paying less for much less miles.

Overpriced, am I wrong in saying it's at a local stealership? It should be in the $84K or less range, and the car is still depreciating. There are a lot of 997.2 TT's for sale. Unless you want/need a cab I would look for a coupe. Also, unless you're planning to keep the car a very long time you'll soon discover a cab PDK is much harder to re-sell. I would check the various car sale websites to see what's out there.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, seems like opinions are a little differing but that's why this forum is so great! 4ocious---I want a cab and need PDK for the wife but your points are well take. Appreciate the feedback.

Based upon all the usual sites (AT, carguru etc..) the pricing would seem to be in line (although most comps are TTS not TT so have to guesstimate a little) given the low mileage but it's just a snapshot of what the market is doing today--big swing if I wait until after the spring price bump? Not sure if I would be paying a premium vs what others paid in past 5/6 months.

Funny I bought a 6 speed so the wife now and the daughters in the future can't drive it!

I purposely bought a manual to deter wife and daughter from driving my toy. I bought a Tesla SUV FOR HER TO DRIVE.
