Preparing to sell 2007 Turbo

What a beautiful 997.1 TT... seems these low mile, originally equipped examples are becoming more and more difficult to find. Your ad reads very well and the pics are perfect. One idea would be to add any recent maintenance you've completed, e.g., spark plugs and coils would be a bonus... You're going to have no problem selling this pristine Porsche!!! GLWS!!! 80k! Man that is tough in today's economy. Hope you get it but that's a ton of cash this time around. I remember seeing prices like that in 2011. I got mine with 42k miles for 65k in 11 from a Porsche dealer in Tampa Florida with warranty. That gives me hope if I ever sell mine. My next door neighbor got one about a year ago with 32k miles for 63k. With carbon fiber interior and same color as yours. Only thing wrong with it was the AC button paint was coming off.

$80k for OP's car is maybe a bit of a stretch without PCCBs, LSD, etc., but it is hard to find 1-owner cars in that condition. Low-to-mid $70s would probably move reasonably quickly.

A nice 07 with ~16k miles, with average options, sold in a few days on eBay a couple months ago for around $75k. (I think to a Rennlister, actually. He posted a thread with a question about it.)

Howdy! I recently sold an 09 well north of what he's asking...and while his is an 07, it's a nicer car than my previous 09. Not to mention it's a one owner...pristine, no story car, that has CLEARLY been well taken care of..not the cars that had a tune, headers and exhaust removed...and sold as OEM original and/or tracked. I bet the DME Report is beautiful... There are many including me that will pay over and above for what we want...hell, I'll just make more money..ha!!
The OP, if he sticks to his guns will get close to the 80 he's asking...these are getting harder and harder to find. Just my 2 cents (see what I did there). BTW: Wonder what certain dealers I see advertising on RL would be asking??? More than $80k I bet...
Happy Sunday All...JB

Yes, choosing an asking price was a bit of a struggle. At the end of the day, the asking price represents only my opinion and time will tell if I am on target. I'm genuinely surprised by how few 2007/2008 911 Turbo coupes are for sale in my region. On Autotrader, I found only 10 coupes with manual transmission within 500 miles of Los Angeles-CA. Asking prices range from $59.9k to $95,999. The car with the lowest asking price has 67k miles whereas the one with the highest asking price has only 4k miles. Only 2 out of 10 cars have PCCB and they are the cars with the highest & 3rd-highest ($79.5k) asking prices. 4 cars (all 2007) are being offered by private sellers. They all have less than 30k miles and these happen to be the 4 cars with the highest asking prices ($78k to $95,999). Of the 6 cars being offered by dealers, only 1 has less than 30k miles (a 2008) and it's the one with the highest asking price in that group ($76,888). Colors are black (3), grey (3), blue (2), silver (1) & yellow (1).
(On a side note, has anyone seen the orange Turbo cabriolet (2008) that's listed on Autotrader for $399,000? I guess that person really doesn't want to sell the car, hehe.)
