Default Timeline of my turbo

Just wanted to share the journey of my turbo.

I first saw this 07 turbo (w/ 6k miles) on ebay back in 8/23/12. Talked to the gentleman selling it, worked out a deal, flew to Sacramento and closed the deal on 8/30/12.

My first choice in color was white but GT silver quickly grew on me (first wash in SF before being loaded up to transport to Houston)

Had it shipped to Houston two days later

Once it got home, the first mods were suspension (H&R springs) and wheels (20” Modulare H2)

Plus a custom emblem painted GT silver and speed yellow

Next round of mods were: Werks1 front lip and rear spoiler, Precision Porsche TA sideskirts and rear diffuser, GMG exhaust (version 1) and a set of winter
wheels (19” HRE 845R)

I thought of continuing with the whole TA theme so I got Precisions TA front spoiler, rear spoiler and their front fender flares (and threw on the 20” Modulares). I also switch my Gen 1 GMG exhaust to their Gen 2

Really digged this look for a while but depending on my mood, I’d switch between spoilers and wheels to change up the look

At this point, I contemplated selling the car b/c I was given a good offer from a friend of mine that bought my Hartge x5 back in 2012. I went back and forth about it (even posted an RL thread ) and decided that for the money, I can’t duplicate what I currently have.

So that leads me to where I am today. Did the following mods in the last month (BBS e88, tequipment roll bar and CF steering wheel) so here she is as of today with 11K miles.

I did switch back to the stock wing for these photos.

Deviated stitching is killer and my favorite wheels (by far) on your ride are the Modulare's. Great looking car.

looks great, not a huge fan of the front spoiler though. I so wish i had deviated stitching.

That steering wheel is awesome too

turbo fever
I would go 20's if you upgrade wheels, cousin had a white convertible like yours with black champions looked sick, will try to find a pic.. Have to lower the car though or else the 20's don't look right, which is what is holding me back..
