Ultimate Motorwerks 997TT Tuning Special $975.00

Depends on the engine. For my 997.2 it has much better partial throttle response, more low end torque and usability around town. It's drivable but very easily able to hit gaps in traffic if and where needed. On full boost, its vastly quicker than stock, pulls all the way to redline. The response is similar to OEM as far as throttle inputs and uptake (it doesn't hunt through RPM or is jerky through gears, or have issues on part throttle or lift off). Kevin hooked this up for me a few months after I got the car last year. Best testament I can give is my wife does drive the car with our little one whenever she wants to.
Mezger 996TT with turbo kit 997.2 intercoolers is much the same, pulls hard from low rpm and the turbos run through to high rpm without running out of steam (high trap 127 mph). I've had this setup since 2011
The tuning totally transforms both cars. Both cars see some track days on an annual basis and I've run each down the 1/4 mile to understand the before and after performance. They both have always run flawlessly.
Summary - I wouldn't have anyone else prep a tune on my cars.

Hi Kevin,
I’m in an interesting position here as my car came with a tune, and I have no idea what tune it is which in itself does concern me. I’m now adding a fabspeed max flow with 200 cel cats and a 82mm TB to go with my IPD plenum so I’m going to need a tune to take advantage of these additions.
What would our plan here be. Will you send me the module so I can download whatever it is that’s on there and then build off that?

Full disclosure, I have asked Kevin the same info but also looking for impartial response. I am considering this tune on the basis it appears from the thread to be of high quality but also meaningful on a day to day basis. SO for those not flooring it on unrestricted highways 80% of the time, can you give me impressions of what this delivers?

Kevin is the man. Has worked with me plenty to get my car up to snuff with full tune up parts and clutch upgrade. Worked back and forth a bunch with datalogging and have a couple tunes good to go. Was also good with recommending fuel stations and additives to get the most out of my car.
Once our fuel gets back to good grade summer fuel I will do some more logs and make sure everything is good.
