Default 997 turbo ground clearance under front lip?

Could someone measure the ground clearance of a stock 997 turbo (mk 1 with pasm) at the lowest point of the front lip? Guys with -25mm lowering springs are also welcomed to report their measurements.

I am about to buy a car that comes with Techart lowering springs (-25mm) and need to figure out if I can get over speed bumps in my area. The car also has Techart bodykit so I guess that plays a role in this but I dont think the kit lowers the front very much.

The speed bumps have a maximum height of 8cm in my country.

If U.S. suspension on 997 turbos is higher than ROW, that probably blows my thread....

With my GMG lowering springs I have at least 4 inch clearance in the front. That's about 10cm.
