There are plenty of threads here....look/search.

I'm quite happy with Tubi on my '09....enough grunt to know i'm around, not as loud as some others, but plenty of noise and free flowing exhaust note.

"Best" is too subjective.

It all depends on what your goal is.
Sound, power, etc.

As others have said, there are a ton of threads on this.
Best place to start is in this section and then youtube to get an idea of the sound.
Try and find some locals for auditions.

Here is a list in no particular order to get you started.....

Protomotive
Speedtech
Tubi
BBI
FVD
GMG
Kline
Europipe
Fabspeed
Cargraphic
AWE
Agency Power
Techart
USP
Milltek

Lastly, here is a thread I started for exhaust locations.

There all way overpriced and some actually slow the car down.

The stock exhaust can actually be modified by punching a 1" hole to open up both chambers in the muffler.

X pipe GMG or the Europipe are nice but it's very subjective.

Don't the Mezgers and DFIs sound a bit different? In 2009 weren't they both available at different times of the production cycle?

In the US 2009 MY for Turbo was 997.1 Mezger while 2010 MY for Turbo was 997.2 DFI.
