Default Inconel kline exhaust

Anyone have any experience or reviews on this? Got a price quote for 5600 shipped to me. Not a bad deal for inconel. They can custom change the sound for me too to my liking. I am looking at feedback from the catted versions though not decatted.

My brother just purchased a kline exhaust for his 996 Turbo. He mentioned he had a great buying experience from them as they were very helpful. The parts shipped right on time and it sounds terrific. He chose to go without cats but Kline offered to ship different parts if he did not like the sound. Again, seemed very helpful to get him exactly what he was looking for.

That's good. Hopefully someone has ordered this for their 997.2 and give their input.

4200 is equally as outrageous, but Europipe is, without question, a significantly better product IMO and I'm no ep fanboy.

At that money it's a joke. And comparing it to an EP? LMAO! If weight is such a huge issue then put less fuel in or shed a few kilos going to a Gym. At least you are doing something positive for yourself and something you will feel. Hosing money on a marketing fantasy is for mugs. I mean get real. Who could honestly say they will be able to feel the weight advantage of an exhaust on a car like this and keep a straight face?

But what makes the europipe better? Doesn't look any more impressive.

The weight savings was a bonus. But the point of the inconel really is for sound. Inconoel or titanium is what helps give the car that high pitched F1 sound.

Most aftermarket exhaust turn this car into a fart cannon or don't really change the sound much if at all.

here is a video I found. It's the decatted one but they told me with 100 cell cats it sounds similar. But also they can tune the sound as well to the buyers liking.

First, that sounds NOTHING like a high pitched F1 sound and no exhaust you ever put on a 997TT will make it sound like a high pitched F1 sound. What you are hearing is the sound you will get out of any Xpipe design without cats.

THIS is a high pitched F1 sound:

For the record the exhaust in that video I posted is Steel.

Hey you can't compare to a ferrari come on lol. I know the porsche won't sound like an F1 car. Sadly only the CGT does . But I want it to at least sound like the GT2 RS. Which has a titanium exhaust and uses the same engine.

I want this sound

I've said it once before - I got a custom aluminum exhaust built for $600 that dropped 33 lbs from the back of the car.

Honestly I think you will be happy with any Xpipe.

Inconel will give you a sound like a trumpet, if the material is thin like a paper. I don't think you will hear any difference in a street production exhaust. I belive the material will not as thin as used in a formula one car due for lasting. The manifold in Inconel will help, but not in a 997TT.
