Pics of custom painted OEM Turbo I wheels?
I have an extra set of OEM Turbo I wheels that I will be using for winter driving. My car is black and I am leaning towards painting them gloss black, just not sure how much of a fan I am of the "murdered out" look? Hoping to see some custom paint jobs on your OEM wheels so I can get some ideas. The other option would be to keep them in the stock finish, which I don't mind either.

Murdered for winter? They will turn white with salt and debris on the road. So not the best idea.
Personally not a fan of the look regardless of season. Wheels are athletically beautiful for a car. Why hide them in black so you can't see them is beyond me.

Agree. Black would get dirty quick, which is why I am leaning away from this option more and more.

Lol...not a chance I would go white...but thanks any way for the idea.
I guess there aren't many that paint their OEM wheels? I have only seen gloss black and gunmetal done.
I'll prob just stick with the OEM finish.

it's actually a new Dupli color product I am very impressed with, Custom Wrap removable coating. I really like it because its a lot smoother then plasti and has a better finish IMO. A friend gave me some samples of it and I decided to try it out on my wheels, proper prepping is key. If I get tired of it i will just peel it off.

So when you say "prep", im assuming your just making sure the wheels are completely clean and free of any oils?? What is the color called on the can??
I have to say, I think the original wheels really look spectacular, I have always liked them.
