I talked to the guy selling that car when I was on my search. He informed me that one of the Bilsteins was leaking.

Tend to agree with Phillip, 89 is very high for a 20k+ mile 07, you can't expect to recoup the price of mods on resale, in fact in most cases they take away from the value and reduce your pool of potential buyers. 75-79k would be the price point.
The exhaust, werks parts, wheels are worth 10-11k combined in the used market, IMHO.
If I was the seller, I'd put it back to stock and sell the parts separately.

If you could talk yourself into a PDK this one is pretty ridiculously nice.

What is everyone's opinion on cars that are hitting the market in excess of 50K miles? Are these still 65-70K cars? I have taken a look at a few that were all in the upper end of 40K miles to upper 50K miles. I have considered buying and saving 10-20K on a car with a more mileage, because frankly I plan to drive the heck out of whatever I buy.

I've gone for a 52k, NZ$80k 997T and feel it was a great buy. Definitely been driven in its previous life, but has withstood a seemingly comfortable life very well.

Just happened upon this thread. I don't know if you're still checking this thread, but it was very interesting that the speaker covers are NOT stock. I don't know if they are the "leather covered" ones or this is some custom stereo install. interesting.
