Default exhaust tips

Ok, finished the side lights, tail lights and now looking to change the exhaust tips from the factory exhaust set now on the vehicle. They seem to have a bit of corrossion/wear on the chrome'd portion that I can't polish out.
I like the dual pipe type versus the single oval. Where's the best place to get a set or are used sets fine since they are flat black anyways?
Next year I will opt out to a EP or John's system for a full exhaust change but would like to change the tips now.

Fabspeed are the best tips available. They will fit now and whatever you use in the future.

But do any 'double' tips really get proper gas flow through both?

Would be tempted by a slightly more GT2 look:

They do look nice...but they won't fit the EP2 if he decides to go that way in the future.

I'm also looking for functional black double pipe exhaust tips. I did a search and there are several types available on eBay. One set, manufactured in Canada had both pipes open for better exhaust flow. But, at $600 +/- they seemed very expensive. I'm installing a Fabspeed cat back exhausat on my Cayenne GTS and like the quality of their product. I'll check on their tips next. Please keep posting your results.

Fabspeed's are the best and worth the money. Unfortunately these is a "huge" Porsche tax on tips. I tried to save money and went with another brand. The fitment was horrible and I returned them and ponied up of the Fabspeed's. The fit and looked perfect..

Even if you won't be able to use them on your EP you will be able to sell them easily...

+1 on the fabspeed tips. I bought the black chrome dual tips and they look amazing brand new, just beware that if you do order the black chrome finish they will discolor after a couple of heat cycles. You'll get some rainbowing on the edges. but otherwise they are excellent tips if you don't mind paying the porsche tax as Phillip mentioned

Ok, looks like Fabspeed it is. This Porsche tax is crazy! I thought it was bad when I had the 993 but nothing like the TT special pricing on everything

Yup the TT tax is ridiculous, but at least the fabspeed tips are good quality so you don't have to deal with future disappointment. Just don't buy the cheap Chinese carbon fiber junk that comes with the crazy 99% margins from certain vendors.

Call fabspeed directly, they'll hook you up with a good price, yes they make them on site.

Chris is correct. The Fabspeed tips are the best.
