Having just got out of the car business if you really want a 07 or 08 Vantage there are LOTS of them out there. Much less that the one you were looking at. To see what they are really worth look at Manheim and see what they are going for at auction. Not much...It's actually pretty scary.

I have driven the TT for 3 years and would never trade it for a Vantage. The Vantage is a beautiful car no doubt. But you can't "slap it around" like you can the TT. The Vantage is a good DD for a stock broker or a car for your wife.

That's my opinion. And I love cars of all makes.

I guess it just depends what you want the car for. Would I like to have both? Hell yes.. But not over the TT..

haha, I really am not so smitten with upgrades for this car like I am my Merc's

 

^I used to have a 1951 Merc: A leadsled, chopped, dropped, shaved, frenched, nosed, decked, lowered, with a flathead, Lincoln Zephyr 3MT/OD, and ... etc. I built it to make a run for the Riddler award...did not win, but had a cool car. To win the Riddler these days you need to sink $1M - $3M these days in a car...
