The price isn't too low considering this is a 43K mile cab.

Cocoa Leather - nice.

Supple Leather - not so nice - sit and see how it is. A bit loose over time. But to each his/her own.

Car looks well cared for, but hard to tell from those shots. I'd be sure a Porsche tech gets a PPI done for you before you buy.

Carmax is pretty cheap usually. I think it's a good price. PPI required as always.

Can you explain how Cab hurts value? And yes its a serious question also for dd what seats should I be looking for? Will be my 1st Porsche so I am making sure I pick the right car and brown interior isn't on my list I only want white w/ blk interior

I don't think the cab hurts it at all, rather miles/int/tip. Heated seats are key in a cab.

just saying if you look across the market, if you found a same color, same mile coupe and cab, the cab is generally less because of demand...

pick what you like, if you like cab, then you just saved money.. if you like tiptronic then you just saved money, if you like ruffled leather seats then you just saved money, if you prefer non PCCB then again saved money, there are lots of options that people prefer and hence the value is more because more demand..

white turbo's are hard to find, i spent a month searching and accidentally found mine.
