ONe of the things I miss from the Targa: it had the crest on the seat where
we rest our heads. I really thought that was a nice touch, and to be able to see it on my way to my car before I get in was nice too....

Is it possible to add this feature to a seat? without getting new seats or something really expensive?

yes, there are leather upholsters here in Greece that can do it, so I cant expect that its a no there!
It would involve stripping the seat, some people are reluctant to do so...

The problem with those crests is that they flatten over time. I've seen it happen on several seats. Not worth the effort over a badge. Put a sticker there if you like to look at it so much.

It's a stamp, can be done but seat has to be stripped.
I have seen it done before my own eyes at a local upholstery shop.
But the quality of the print depends completely on the stamp. So far the only nice ones I have seen are the Porsche originals (from factory).

I wanted crests in my seat but when I saw the (poor) result from the upholstery shop I declined.

A very good option for you would be sewing, that looks much better I think :

I like the head rest crest too. Super nice touch. As odd as it sounds something that could have been a deal breaker for me.

Something to consider would be IF you do not have Adaptive Sport seats to purchase new ones with crests. The Adaptives' are so much better. Pricey but worth switch. What do you currently have?

right now just the plain seats, well the power seats, I couldn't splurge for new seats as I know that would be very expensive, that is a good alternative though

They show up used every now and again from GT3's and others dropping in more specific track seats.

The only time you would/could see it is, if you are sitting inside the car and looking for it. I first thought about this mod but then decided against it 'coz how many times can you tell people, hey look at the arm rest, it got Porsche crest on it
