HA!!! Me TOO!!! That's my life long friend Mike's house he just built last year. Home is simple awesome but his 4200 Square foot Garage with ALL his toys is what I really like.
He's got so many cars (488, GT2RAS, GT3RS, etc.) but he's got a 3 door F650 that he tows his 52 foot Boat with. He can turn them around in front of his house / garage on all that concrete, as well as back in into the garage still hooked and park them with enough room to should the door. lol.
Here's a vid I shot when it was being built. Have a look.

Garage goals for sure! Since I live in Seattle and will never have that kind of land, I just joined a car club (The Shop) that makes me feel like I have all of that space, the lifts, wash bays, etc. Man I hope they manage to stay in business through this quarantine period! My garage at home has room for one car, bikes and a lot of storage but that's it!

Here is ours, a 2012 997.2 Turbo S in Arena Red Metallic. Acquired right before the global lockdown. Now it sits patiently in our parking garage, probably telling stories with the 993...

Brand new to Rennlist, longtime browser and new owner of a 997.2 TTS! Love this forum, and all the super knowledgeable folks here.
Been a long journey - started out by looking at CPO 458s, then McLaren convertibles and after looking around for months on end, finally decided nothing beats a 997.2 Turbo S cab :-) White with sea blue leather and deviated white stitching
Next step is probably figuring out what upgrades to get - exhaust, intercoolers, ECU etc. Looking forward to posting more!!

Welcome !!! Outstanding new Ride!!!
May I suggest just a few mods. Europipe Exhaust (best in the business), Cobb AP with the simple OTS Stg. 2 - 93 octane tune (mine ran great on it), and a TPC DSC suspension module (totally worth the money for the ride quality / handling added).

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I've been reading about the rave reviews on Europipe exhausts all over RL. Thanks for the recommendation on the Cobb and TPC!
Now, just need to find a reputable installer in the NYC area (once this pandemic passes over....)
